Action from learning reports
We use the information we learn from the LeDeR reviews to improve the health of people with a learning disability. It also helps us to reduce health inequalities.
Action from learning reports provide examples of changes that we made to services so far. It shows the work we are doing to respond to common themes raised through LeDeR reviews across the country.
We are also doing work on annual health checks, STOMP, STAMP, Ask Listen Do and reasonable adjustments through digital flagging.
From 2023, the action from learning reports will include information about autistic people who have died.
